· Our policy
Through the ayam.world website and mobile application (collectively, "Application"), Anahata Group LLC ("Anahata Group", "us", "we" or "our") may provide you with access to various meditation and/or wellness content, interactive and informational resources and other content (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from you when using the Services.
· Information we collect
When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:
Personal Data That You Provide Through the Services: We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily choose to provide such information, including the option to share an image or profile picture in order to use the Services through the use of the camera or gallery settings, also as when you contact us with inquiries or register for access to the Services or use certain Services. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, including sharing images or profile pictures, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data through the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to our offices and servers or those of our affiliates or contractors located in the United States and other countries. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, neither to upload or share images or access to your gallery but, if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our content or services or respond to any queries you may have.

Non-Identifiable Data: When you utilize the Services, we may receive certain personally non-identifiable information about your use of the Services. Such information, which may be collected passively using various technologies, or via submission of data by fitness devices you have configured to work with the Services, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information ourselves or it may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. We may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to the Services, the number of visitors to each page of the Services, and the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13 and do not target our websites to children under 13. If you are under thirteen, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Services. · Cancellation and Deletion of Data
In order to proceed with the cancellation and deletion of users Personal Data of we request to send an email to the electronic address appsupport@ayam.world with the subject: Delete Data, including in the body of the mail, the registered mail from which it is required to delete the Personal Data. We will proceed to the deletion of personal data in electronic or virtual media, by logical methods of secure deletion, sending as soon as possible and once the deletion has been executed, an email confirming the cancellation and deletion of such data.
· Changes to our privacy policy
The Services we offer may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy via the application. These changes are effective immediately on the date in which they are posted.

We strive to keep your Personal Data accurately recorded. Through the Services, we provide you with access to update your profile and revise Personal Data previously submitted to the Services.
